Ch'i Life Redmond welcomes Master Jin Le. Master Jin Le received the most complete and rigorous Kung Fu training and development by the senior monks at the Shaolin Temple in China.

Master Jin is now Ch'i Life Redmond's head Shaolin Kung Fu instructor.

Seattle Kung Fu Club - Hung Gar

skc-logoCh'i Life Studio has teamed up with Seattle Kung Fu Club to offer the most comprehensive martial arts training in the Pacific Northwest.

We now offer classes in traditional Hung Gar Kuen Kung Fu. These classes are available to men, women and children of all ages. Students are taught individually. This "hard" or external style of Kung Fu features powerful blocks, punches and kicks. Students undergo intensive physical training to develop speed, balance and power. Hung Ga is a highly efficient self-defense system and a superior method of body building. All students begin their training with repetitions of basic exercises for strength, conditioning and coordination. Students learn hand forms, weapon forms, two-person forms and sparring. Students of Hung Ga achieve strength, concentration, confidence and self-discipline.
